SECTION I: Pre-Event

  • I. Check-in

    Experience a seamless check-in at The Holiday Inn! Our staff can assist with room blocks & gift bag distributions. The lobby is equipped with a digital reader board providing directions and specific event times & locations.

  • II. Welcome Gift

    Surprise your loved ones at check-in with bags of essentials they'll need during the celebration. This can include small items such as mints, sewing kits, bandages, a note from the couple, and more!

  • III. Welcome Reception

    This is a great time for guests from both sides of the family to mingle, chat & enjoy delicious food and drinks while the wedding party is rehearsing for the big day!

  • IV. Ceremony Rehearsal

    One of our Wedding specialists will be on hand to answer questions and address any concerns as you and your bridal party walk through the ceremony right ahead of the big day!

  • V. Rehearsal Dinner

    Sit back, relax & enjoy a meal with friends and family after your ceremony rehearsal. Our team at Streetlight Kitchen & Bar will help you curate the perfect menu!

The Drexelbrook is filled with grand and intimate spots for photos to remember your big day.

Either in the mansion or hotel, we offer private catering while you and your party get ready.

IV. Ceremony

With a unique look to all of our ballrooms, our specialists can help craft the perfect ceremony just for you.

V. Cocktail Hour

The Grand Lobby is bright and spacious and the perfect place to host your cocktail hour.

VI. Reception

Celebrate in style with music, lights, award-winning cuisine and more!

Our on-site restaurant is available to keep the party going with various packages.

Multi-Cultural Weddings

The Drexelbrook offers you and your family a venue that can accommodate all of the important aspects of your wedding. Upon the family’s arrival, separate Hospitality Suites are available for preparing for your ceremony.

After your big day, a “farewell” brunch with Streetlight Kitchen & Bar is the perfect way to thank all of your guests and have one more moment to savor before it’s time to check out.
